We went with my girlfriend as she adores Sushi and I don' t like it at all. I was amazed how nice the personnel was and how they reacted when I told them I don't like it and I don't like fish. They asked me to trust them and they will make sure I will get a plate I like... More

That was our 3rd visit and I can say that it was the best. We arrived quite early so we can get a table with view to the marina. We liked the changes made to the place, (now called Origami Sushi Bar). The sushi was fresh and very tasty. The hostess was very polite and helpful. We had the chance to... More

That was our second visit and I can say that is was even better than the first one. Among other things we order hand roll california maki, tiger maki, philadelphia salmon maki and and smoked salmon maki and everything were fresh and very tasty. Prices were reasonable. The only negative was than even though we had reservation the put us... More

We have had dinner there numerous times over the past few years and each time it tastes better than the last. Sushi is always very fresh and delicious, new combinations can always be found, very reasonably priced to allow you to enjoy as much sushi you can eat! 20-30 euro per person drinks included. Only drawback: the service which is... More

I really love the sushi here! I've tried quite a few sushi places in lots of different regions... this one is definitely among my top 5. The Monday buffet is a great value as well... cause sushi can be a pricey addiction in Greece... I liked the old one in Psiri and I really like this one... Keep up the... More

After all the sushi bars I have been in USA, I kept being disappointed by sushi in Greece. Subpar ingredients, tiny portions, bad technique and most of all, exorbitant prices. Well not here. First of all let me tell you that the location is beautiful, with wonderful view of the sea. Decoration inside is ok, nothing extravagant. The service was... More

A bit difficult to find and a little small but very cosy and clean. The food is ok too but not something special. Prices are ok too

I find the sushi bar a cool place to try out well made sushi in a very informal, blissful setting. My fav is their faliro branch but the other too are ok too. Will go again soon!

Staying in Psirri / Gazi

Neighbourhood Profile
Psirri / Gazi
Side-by-side neighbourhoods Psirri and Gazi provide some of the city’s prime nightlife. The almost claustrophobic streets of Psirri feature an interesting blend of original small businesses with the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron Street has lively places to eat or drink. Further west, you can visit the peaceful ancient cemetery of Keramikos, then cross busy Pireos Street to find yourself in Gazi. With the huge Technopolis performance and art complex converted from old gasworks at its heart, you really have to come at night to appreciate this maze of bars at its best, although a daytime stroll will allow you to admire the excellent street art.
