Food is great, pastries are excellent, couldn’t make up my mind with so many delicious choices. The service was slow, so we ended up having our order to take out, other than that, everything was great!

I am a breadhead and the Greeks are not artisan bread makers as the French or Germans. Veneti was my place for bread, however, and this spot by Omonia Metro had the broadest selection. Veneti locations are all over Athens, some not more than 100...More
I have stopped in a couple times and had bakery goods and coffee and eggs and bacon with coffee. Both were quite excellent. They have indoor (upstairs) and outdoor sitting. With the gentle winter and heaters, sitting outside has been comfortable. Service is friendly and...More
Nice variety of bakery related products. Employees not so welcoming, I guess its bcoz they are under so much stress from all of the tourists around them that by the end of the day they are sick and tiered. Anyways, food is acceptable, the baklava...More
This place is amazing! The bakery/dessert section downstairs is just WOW! Such amazing variety, and the main meals are delightful. I had a Moussaka and loved it - very tasty and fresh. Best Greek salad I've ever eaten (there really is something about Greek oil...)....More

Purely by chance as we crossed Omonoia Square, we came upon Beneth. The variety and selection is amazing. Primarily a bakery, but also a coffee shop - Cafe Veneti - evrything looks enticing and delicious. And they have yummy ice creams and sorbets!

Turns out there are 85+ locations in Greece (mostly in Athens; usually under the Cafe Veneti name. The selection of cakes, pastries,puddings,gelato/sorbet, breads, traditional Greek...More
Easily one of the best Baklava we had in Greece. Not filled with as many nuts like the Turkish but far more juicy/sweeter. Thanks to our food tour with Greeking.me we came across this chain. Went back to them the day before we flew back...More
