Difficult to choose between this and A for Athens just across the square, my advice is to visit both. 360 Degrees drinks are great with good, warm service and a stunning view. Perfect bar to lose track of time and people watch.

We visited the place for the first time yesterday. It's in the last floor of the building and has a nice view at plaka neighborhood with acropolis above. Nice music, people and cocktails. I especially enjoyed the jasmine breeze and the heat wave.

I was in Athens for New Year's eve and few days after. This place amazed me because it has absolutelly the best view on the city and the Acropolis. The whole roof top is bar and it was fully decorated with Christmas decorations. Great service and cozy ambient.

I'm used to having appetizers at a bar, but notice many bars here have a very limited snack menu. Even so, the thimble sized bowl of nuts was a perfect compliment to my Thyme Margarita and wife's sangria. The view of the Acropolis was priceless. For our first stop on our first night in Athens, not having seen the Acropolis... More

It is situated in the city centre making it easy accessible with the metro or you can even walk to it if you are staying in the centre. I visited this place first time last summer having read reviews on TripAdvisor and since I wanted to arrange a business meeting with some VIP clients arriving from abroad. I really wanted... More

My husband and I stopped in for a drink. The place had a good atmosphere, but was underwhelming for me. It was very busy, but way overpriced for what it was. We ordered two cocktails which contained mostly ice and fruit. They tasted okay, but the presentation seemed more important than anything else. The ice was a good 1/2inch taller... More

Nice place with awesome views of the Acropolis. Food was very good and tasty at a very reasonable price taking into acount it was New Years' Eve. 70€ per person a seven course menu prepared by chef Ioannis Patsopoulos. Drinks not included. Service was friendly and very efficient. We were a very large group which is not easy to deal... More

Staying in Monastiraki

Neighbourhood Profile
Monastiraki is a souvenir-hunting enclave with a difference. Apart from the dramatic backdrop of the Acropolis, its network of alleys and pedestrianized streets surround the remains of both the Greek and Roman agoras, adding the quaint concept that this is where the ancients also came to shop. Named after the tiny monastery church at its center, Monastiraki Square is a lively spot by day or night, with street peddlers vying for your attention to sell you nuts and sweets. Down beside the metro station, the official Flea Market is an unbroken row of souvenir shops until you come to antique-oriented Platia Avissinias, while Pandrossou Street on the other side of the square offers more tourist shopping. The pedestrianized street beside the Greek Agora is lined with cafés offering fine views.
