Adventurous palates will be pleased. Simple place with a very friendly host which seems to be doing everything. So be patient with your order. It can take up to an hour if it's really busy. But the refreshments will comfort you and it's worth the wait. Not what you'd call a cosy decor but there's definitely an effort to make... More

It is an insider tip , because without any references, nobody would have thought of, finding an Ethiopian restaurant in middle of this big town and not even at any center or a well known area, or any sightseeing, around. When we first entered, we thought that the decoration is nothing special - in fact, it really looked old shabby.... More

Unassuming outside, but interesting inside, with a simple folklorish decoration with Ethiopian reminders everywhere. Excellent authentic food from Ethiopian chefs with imported materials, with complimentary coffee ceremony for larger groups.

That was my first with Ethiopian food, and there will definitely be more. We had the combinations, and most of the dishes were not too different from Μediterranian cuisine. Some of them were a little spicy, but I loved that! The staff was very friendly, and we were even treated their special coffee. If you visit it, do not miss... More

First timer on Ethiopean food and left with a good impression. The food is very good. The salad has nothing unique. The setting is rather decadent yet interesting and worth experiencing. The coffee-making process worth a try as you are shown the roasted coffee beans. The coffee itself is pretty average. I definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent, tasty Ethiopian food. We had the 'combination', which provides a taster of most of the dishes on the menu. It is a very generous portion, serving two people for only €25. Great value. It was a shame that we were the only diners, probably because the place is a little out of the way (but only a 10 minute... More

Very hearty affordable Ethiopian restaurant run by two sisters, one of them is a painter. The menu is quite extensive but do not miss out on the lalibela special, it is a finger licking typical Ethiopian dish, where the saucy pieces of meat are served on a pancake like Ethiopian bread called Njera. The taste is exotic, yet nothing too... More
