Not only were we informed that the café was closing in 20 minutes when we entered, we were the last to embark before shutters were closed, and near empty glasses were snatched from the table right after your (hopefully) last sip. Fortunately we were still allowed to pay the bill (before closing time at least).

During my 3 days stay in Porto I was coming back to taste the coffee 3 times. And it ended up ordering 3+ coffees when I was there. I didn't have such a good coffee for quite a long time. I recommend you to get local lemon muffin (that's Portugese specialty). The interior itself is just ok. The coffee is... More

Very good meals in a very affordable price. I had a quick coffee with pineapple pie. The coffee is very tasty and pretty large. If you're looking for good place to have a breakfast in Porto this is the place. Highly recommendable!

Ordered a coffee and a crepe, the server told us to come pick it up in 10 minutes, 5 minutes later the server stomps upstairs and yells at us for not picking it up. Throws the food on the table, spills the coffee, and to top it off, the crepe was terrible. Definitely don't recommend this place, as there are... More

Friendly, nice place, not very loud, no problem finding a table, two floors, many locals, perfect to have lunch or do some work (pretty ok Wi-Fi). Food was rather average. 4 points only for coziness and quiet atmosphere to work in peace.

Very generous Cataplana dish with big mussels, clams, king prawns, fish, small prawn and vegetables. More than enough for 2 people and we also shared a sundae icecream for dessert. Nice and reasonably priced.

A nice, quiet cafe on a typical side street offering great coffee and food at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and accomodating too.

Said to be the oldest caffe in Oporto, with excelent service and food! The prices are very reasonable - the environment can be quiet or very loud depending on the day and time. You usually see a lot of regular costumers (sometimes older people) among students and tourists! A place to sit down and enjoy your time without rushing.

It is considered the oldest "Café" in the city but now It hasn't nothing antique! The place is a disappointed for who think to find an historic coffeeshop because it was totally renewed. Despite of this, you can eat or drink something normal with a good quality and paying a right price. The prices are often strange and not "rounded"... More
