Seemed a simples pastry but what a taste! Worth waiting in line, definitely a must! go for it! I think that the biggest problem is to stop at one pastry .

Pastel de Nata is just plain good. These are some of the least expensive and they sell thousands. You can get it you're visiting Belem. But you do better to get your pastel de nata at local pastry coffee shops for the best ones with...More

Our joint favourites for the traditional custard tarts (along with Manteigaria). This place is deceptively large inside, with fast but friendly service and decent coffee. On the way out you can take a look at the confectionary being made and stock up at the very...More

Fell free and visit the bakery. Look behind the scenes in the building. There are many places to sit inside (more than 400). Low costs for such good service and tasting pasteis.

Widely recommended by all who have visited Lisbon, this bakery lived up to my expectations. There are large indoor and outdoor seating areas with minimal queues (for table service at around 3pm). The pastéis de belem (original version of 'pastéis de nata' found everywhere else...More

This place is an institution in Lisbon. IT has a'50s flavour and you will love the tranquil garden. Service was friendly and despite the queues you could see that clients were relaxed. Foodwise there is a good choice, but if you go there you need...More

This place is really nice! However it is also very busy, but certainly worth the wait. The prices are very good for such yummy treats!

This place can give you a local taste and experience but don't get too carried away after hearing that the place serves pastries. Infact there were just three types of pastries when I went maybe because I went after dinner at 10. I didn't like...More

Has anyone had Breakfast here? This place is legendary for its Pasteis de Nata, but I would like to know if they also serve other breakfast fare.. such as Eggs and toast. I plan on visiting Jeronimos Monastery early, but I wanted to grab breakfast before I do. If they don't serve breakfast, any suggestions around 8:30AM?

I don't recall seeing eggs and things like those, but we had the pasteis, pastries and also chicken and beef empanadas... they do have options. So I guess it's a question of what falls into your category of breakfast.
