The place is clean, service friendly. It is a bit difficult to find, but definitely worth visiting. It is the first clean restaurant we ate at in Lisbon. We had to ask extra for the lunch menu though.

“Being in Lisbon means Portuguese food” that was my first though but I was completely wrong. Unique Sushi Lab was an amazing Sushi experience. Friendly staff, amazing food and good atmosphere. They deserve to be on the top list of Lisbon’s restaurants.

The sushi was interesting and tasty . The hot dishes less so . My ink squid needed more sauce and was bland . The gin and tonic was somewhat overwhelmed by the tonic and the ice . But worth a visit .

Good is very close to authentic Japanese cuisine but made up by classy decoration and friendly waitress service. Can improve on serving cold sake with secondary container. Beyond expectation is a win already.
