Let’s just say our first night in Lisbon will be hard to beat. From the amazing tasting menu with seared scallops, foie gras, to the amazing grouper it was a meal to remember. Then helping ourselves to amazing cocktails downstairs that are hand crafted. The...More

This restaurant has a lovely view and the inside setting is very nice. The service was good. However, in our opinion, the food which was of the 'nouvelle cuisine' style was really not up to the standard it should have been for the prices charged....More

Dear Madam, We're sorry you didn't fully enjoy the experience at our Restaurant. Concerning the asparagus they´re grilled therefore smoked. The fish course was Saint Peter (John Dory), a fish with a peculiar not consensual texture and flavour, and the vegetables were stewed sea weeds....More

Very bad! It's a shame a restaurant with so much history and tradition to be trivialized and not take any care with customers. I've been to Tágide for a family dinner, some from outside of Portugal, and it sucked! Would not recommend to anyone!More

We happened upon the wine and tapas bar after walking all morning and needing a rest before boarding the number 28 tram. It far exceeded our expectations. The goat cheese with port wine reduction was one of the most delicious treats ever and the crunchy...More

We chose this restaurant as our gala night dinner venue during a long weekend break to Lisbon. It was quite a walk from our hotel but well worth the walk over cobbles to get there. The service, food and ambience were fabulous. Views over the...More

The restaurant accommodated a group of us at short notice, and we were seated beside the balconies which allowed us to admire the views during the meal. Bread was served with imaginative butters and a pate, followed by an amuse bouche. Those of us who...More

Very nice restaurant - food is great and the view from the first floor is excellent. It's quite hidden, but well worth a visit.

Description
For the past thirty years the Tágide restaurant has remained one of Lisbon’s most prestigious restaurants. Occupying a fine eighteenth century building, this flagship restaurant is situated in the heart of Chiado and boasts one of the most amazing views over the old quarter of the city and Tagus river. The Tágide will surprise you with its delicious Portuguese based “cuisine” with international influences, attentive service in a unique environment, and prices that offer excellent value for money.
