I have gone to this place many times over the past decade, more out of handiness than anything else. The biggest. Problem here is the owner and how aggressive and rude she can be, but that depends on what day. She loves you, then she...ignores and is rude. She is incredibly rude to her own staff too. Her ex husband, Robin is the only one who understands customer service, and she constantly shouts at him. She makes it quite obvious that she doesn’t like Irish and English people which is a shame. She is Dutch. Her son who works there, really shouldn’t. The food is at best, average. Deserts are really good. Is cheaper than most places. Overall, not a pleasant experience this year and how she spoke to us this year, I will never set foot in there again. Honey, Hannay, the customers are not an interruption, they are the purpose of it.More
