What a great bar. Fabulous atmosphere. A really comfy bar. Great staff who are really friendly. Over 25 draught beers. Can definitely recommend and will go back.

Comfortable bar with an extensive choice of local beers. They offer a tasting selection and there is plenty of information to help with selection. We saw others enjoying cheese/pate platters which looked delicious. Will try next time!
Only stayed for one drink as we felt so unwelcome. Really felt like we were an inconvenience to the waiter's day.
Good selection of beer, reasonably priced but the waiter really seemed as if we were an inconvenience to his day. We felt quite unwelcome and left after one drink.

8 of us went here and service was fast friendly and not rushed.Great choice of beers etc. Can't comment about food as didn't eat here, but would have done if it had been the right time. Would come back here again definitely.
This is a popular and busy Biercafe but really welcoming. If you are into beers you will love it and of course there are other options if you are not. Limited food available but what there is is good quality and reasonably priced (for Ypres)
No trip to Belgium is complete without chocolates, frites with mayonnaise, and beer. St.Arnoldus has an extensive beer 🍻 menu perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend the tasting trays which give you four glasses of different brews (you can chose between blondes, dark or combination)....More
