Booking is required. Good quality, tasty food. Good choice of food and wine. Staff are attentive and friendly. They spoke very good English. Lovely stylish place. Located in the centre of Ieper.

Fine restaurant in an old foundry, within easy walking distance of the central Ypres. On the chilly December evening I was there, much enjoyed the scallops, Dover sole and chips. As often in Flanders in smart establishment, we were also offered a delicious amuse-gueule on the house.

The restaurant looked attractive with varied menu . However response from manager to a disappointing steak was unfriendly and unsympathetic .

We've eaten here a number of times and each time it has been as good as the first time. Excellent tasty food, good service and a lovely interior. Definitely a place to eat if you're spending time in Ieper.

The restaurant has a lofty/industrial feel to it. Nice design. Was very busy for lunch. I arrived later than all the other tables, so we had to wait quite a bit for our food. We got some appetizers in the meantime. Had one of their suggestions asparagus with salmon and poached egg which was excellent. Tea for dessert which was... More

Four of us had booked a table the previous evening. When we arrived we were seated upstairs in a small echoing room where a large party had a small child who was constantly crying. We asked to be moved as the main restaurant downstairs was almost empty, it was early, and we were not going to be there for more... More

This is a top echelon restaurant, could well be the best in Ypres, it serves excellent food and has an excellent ambience.

Had a good meal here with many varied dishes on the menu. Attentive service and nice atmosphere- even if it does look rather barn-like inside: after all it was a foundry in a previous life. One point I learnt from the management was that in Belgium you cannot ask for tap water but always have to pay for bottled water-... More

We dined on the menu of the month, with risotto, venison and desert/coffee. The food was tasty, very well cooked and well presented, including a starting 'bite'-amuse. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere fine. It was a busy night, so likely we were a little rushed to get the second sitting in!

Visited here with a colleague and some local Flemish friends. I had a saddle of Hare, cooked to perfection, followed by a dessert of total chocolate heaven. Fantastic restaurant, well worth a visit.
