Very bad food, not fresh, irrespective behavior, requires renovation...Not sure where to start! The couple sitting next to us complained about their pizzas, without us realising. Suddenly, the chef came out of the kitchen with a tray full of pizza raw doughs shouting at them and asking them if these doughs don't look fresh to them. We found it very... More

When you arrive at this unimposing place expectations are not that high. But when we started with our meal my partner and I could not stop praising our delightful plates of Escalope Special. This will be a place to revisit really soon.

We went there because we were looking for a place to have dinner in Gent, and we came across the pizzeria. It's a really cosy restaurant and the decoration takes you to Italy. They served us some olives while we were waiting for the pizza, which was a nice gesture. The pizza's came quickly and we really liked them, good... More

Pizza's were as they should be. We had dinner outside. A small Italian restaurant with simple honest food attractively priced and good quality.

When I tell you that whenever I come back from Italy, I'm happy to be able to enjoy some great Italian food at this place, that says it all. There's nothing disappointing on the menu and the food served really tastes great. The chef/owner is from Puglia and prepares real southern Italian dishes. Nothing like the 13 a dozen dishes... Triple variations of pasta (min 2 pers), vegetarian lasagna and Veal Osso Buco was all very good. The Spaghetti Matriciana was a little less well received.  Service was a little questionable. Ex. It's quite rare that you find a restaurant, where you won't be offered to taste the wine you've ordered (not the house wine, but a bottle from the... More

Have been going here for years ans is far out the best Italian pizzeria in the region of Gent. Pizza carpaccio is my favorite, but also try the different homemade pasta's .... delicious. Service with a big smile by the daughter and the chefs lady in a really Italian interior. And the chef ? Yep he's a real Italian from... More

Until now, I was always disappointed by Italian restaurants in Belgium. Today, I was so nicely surprised to discover this tiny but warm restaurant, a bit out of the main touristic area in Ghent. Food is simple but fresh and tasty. No bragging, the chef is not trying to produce high gastronomy but food with heart. The staff is friendly.... More

The interior stays the same, but I've never left with a feeling that the food wasn't great... The hosts are very friendly!

It is a quite and quirky little restaurant but its prices are two high for the very ordinary Italian food on offer. It is definitely fresh, the staff friendly, nice house wine by the glass and carafe but the bread is not Italian and the food is just too ordinary fast Italian and we have had amazing authentic Italian in...
