Mochi is replaced by Kurk. Sorry don't come to eat at Mochi. There are new owners and a new concept. Try to visit them later, review will follow.

There is a nice selection of japanese/south americam fusion good here. Only one menu is served here for 42 Euro but it is worth it and quantities won't leave you hungry. Good wine selection by the glass. Staff are well informed and friendly.

Just do it! Great place, nice people, good wine and of course excellent cooking. No sushi, no latin, fusion surprises.

Very eclectic blend of tastes and aromas. The chef is perfectly marrying the tastes of Asian cuisine with the South-American way of cooking. Ceviche and spicy meat are mixed with local delights with a twist. Especially the "frikadel speciaal" is a work of art! Exactly...More

Mochi has the best fusion concept in The Hague and clearly takes its French-Asian creations very seriously. Everything is fresh and perfectly cooked with creations that are delicious and interesting. Remember to order an aperitif and take your time to peruse the great menu because...More

I had been here twice before, and definitely wanted to come back. We had to travel a bit to get to this restaurant, but that is all worth it. We paid 42€ per person for a three-course meal, each course consisting of several small bites...More

3 couples went there for dinner, we had it at the terrace on a nice summer night, and we just paid too much for little food. I will not discuss about fusion or not.. for me those flavours are not fusion, I am too used...More

Some background: I'm American, lived in the Netherlands for years, and I have been all over Asia for months at a time. Also, I really don't like shellfish or plantains. So you would think me a fool take a chance on a place that specializes...More

Mochi was born out of pure love! Patrick Buyze and Lissette Parra created a concept that intertwined both of their passion for travel and food. The restaurant offers a unique style of community dining serving Japanese-Latin American inspired dishes. The "Chefs Choice Menu" allows room for creativity and variety. With each course, you are served several distinct dishes to share and experience a journey of flavors like our famous Frikandel Speciaal. Aside from the menu there are a few classic items that can be ordered like the Pizza Sashimi, Bonito Waved Tiger Prawns and Hirado Asparagus. This innovative "new style" of cooking was influenced during both of their extensive travels around the world including Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Colombia, Argentina, Brasil and many others which led to this success.
