Got cake to go and the service was excellent and I thank the owner, which is a nice and friendly woman. Seasonal produce and all homemade. Tastes are good and balanced. Also for the special dieters among us

All products are homemade and really mjam mjam! There is place for about 32 people to enjoy the best delicacies, sweets and chocolate cakes! There is also a take-away next-door to enjoy your sweets elsewhere. beautifully decorated interior and very stylisch tableware. lovely place!

We went there for lunch and that was very nice. Good food for good price. Only reason why I got a little bit disappointed was that I expected to see on their menu large choice of cakes, cookies, candy and even more (name of the place is "Praise of sweetness"), but offer was rather modest.....all very delicious though:)

Always friendly service even when full and a waiting queue. Food is all made by hand and served with artistic care. Menu is small and lovely black and white fotos which is a nice touch. Take out option next door is great as well. Coffee has improved dramatically! Not sure about sitting outside next to the canal as waitresses must... More

I have had several high teas here and I keep coming back because it is so good and classy. All bites are hand made and delicious, from surprising quiches, delightful cakes, fresh bread with home made toppings, home made chocolates, etc. Enough teas to chose from, the hot water is served in a lovely Russian samovar (and filled with new/hot... This place combines a no-nonsense service with great cakes and fingerbread. The interior is very basic, vintage, but the food is delicious. Do not expect a 5 star treatment, but who cares when you are eating one of the best chocolate-cappuccino cakes ever?!?

Absolutely awful! Dry banana bread. Chai pumpkin combo-just terrible. Cheesecake not good either. Having lived in US I know good pumpkin pie and moist banana bread. This place has nothing on Cheesecake Factory. Save your money and don't bother

I live close to this place and I went there a couple of times. A lot of times to take away. The place is always full and yes the sweet stuff is delicious but i was always surprised by the bad service. Somehow i don't feel welcome and the owners(mother and daughter) have in my opinion a rude and arrogant... More

Nice and cosy place where you can enjoy great sweet cakes, nice coffee and excellent sandwiches etc. It can be crowded so be sure to reserve a spot if you want to make sure there's a place.
