The Nobelstraat restaurant is rather small, with a hipster decor. Prepare to have your name shouted through the restaurant when your order is done. What matters is the food, which is excellent. All the burgers I've tried here taste well-balanced and delicious. The buns are...not soft or sweet-tasting, which is a problem I have with other burger restaurants, but hearty and firm, and available as wholegrain. You have to order fries separately, but they are pretty good too; unpeeled and quartered, not too salty. Plenty of mayo and ketchup on the table, add to your liking.More

Great Burgers

Excellent burgers, very tasty, but unfortunately a quite limited menu, although the burgers are very diverse in the relative few that there are.

Good burgers

Was here with a friend. I usually do not eat in places like this, but he wanted a burger. Well I chose the pkace. Had not been here before. But it was good. Nice burger, even veggie or good meat. Very nice burgers!

If you are looking for a burger, this is the place you must go in Utrecht. Delicious meat with fresh products in a variety of breads! Perfect! And it's open till a bit latr than the other places!

Perfect Vega burger, better than the city

Perfect clean and warm place, The vegaburger was super, even better than in de city (Twijnstraat). One thing, you can not pay cash, that is a little stupid, for 1 Money is legal to pay and have to be accepted, and because, the working people...get less tips this way! But also we have to be aware of the New WorldORder Who want to control everything and want to create that all the cash money disapeares. So you can not live free anymore because they give youre points (like in China) Be aware and wake up.More

Delicious fast food. Wandering

Delicious fast food. Wandering around in Utrecht to find a place to have a quick email, we found Meneer Smakers. We loved the variety of available burgers (including multiple veggie options, yes!) and the chips are delicious as well. Great place for a quick meal!

Simply, Very Good Burgers. Not the best but really good

Selection of burgers were not really wide, especially with cheese. However, it is still tasty and high quality. I've tried a lot of burgers in many countries and certainly there have been much better ones, but this is place is also worth visiting.

Simply great!

As a fan, I know it's quite hard to find decent 'American style' hamburgers in the Netherlands. Fortunately for the people living in and around Utrecht, meneer Smakers is one of the chains that does it right. This place is simply amazing. They serve great...burgers, decent beers and hand cut fries. And all of that for a very reasonable price! The place is small, but clean. The staff friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that they're just in Utrecht-area and not all over the Netherlands. Make sure to change that one day and keep up the good work! ;)More
