We had a decent breakfast here before starting our first day in Amsterdam. I had read many reviews about the Pankcake Bakery, but found my meal to be average.

Visited here after the Anne Frank House. The wait was not long at all and the service was excellent and friendly. I had the bacon and apple pancake which was delicious. The restaurant did get really busy as I was eating and there was a bit of a wait. I would definitely go back!

Pretty good stop. We shared a pancake with ice cream and fruit on it. It was huge but a little sweet for my liking. We also shared the poffertjes which were really tasty little pancakes, these were my favorite! It is a super busy restaurant and it can be hard to grab the attention of the workers who are a... We first waited 15 minutes to get a seat and 45 minutes to have two pancakes served. The pancakes were ok but not worth waiting that long for. The place was very crowded and seems a bit overvalued.

Wide variety of savory and sweet pancakes. Friendly staff; speak English. Can be crowded, but worth a small wait. Just down the street from Anne Frank House.

It was the best pancakes I've ever had! I like thin pizzas, thin crapes and this was the first time I ate the thin pancakes. Delicious!!! We ordered mushroom, bacon, & cheese and Indonesian style. The surface of the mushroom bacon cheese pancake is crispy. It makes a big difference from the regular pancakes.

I ordered salty pancake with cheese and mushroom. It was not delicious at all and even a bit burnt. I think some people overrated this place. I will not suggest The Pancake Bakery to anyone else. Not worth 10 EUR for a burnt pancake.

I visited this the weekend. The pancakes were very nice with a very high price tag. The staff completely let this place down though. I came on Monday afternoon the women were ok but the two men working there were very unwelcoming, un-pleasant and rude and really ruined my experience. However as mentioned above the pancakes were very nice.
