Had a great pub dinner here at the Café. We were staying at a local AirBnB and the café was located just 1 minute walk away and was highly recommended by our AirBnB host. A good choice of Dutch food and drinks with very reasonable...More

Ducked in here for dinner since it started raining. Its very basic and comfortable. The beer list is great and the food menu is really basic and delicious. I could sit here for hours.

We stopped in for an afternoon snack and a drink. We had bitterballen which were very good. My partner ordered from their large beer selection. Lots of Belgium beers on offer. I had a glass of wine, a mistake I know. They only had one...More

I went to this restaurant with a group of Dutch colleagues and I have mixed feelings about it. It is a typical nice Dutch café, with an informal and cozy environment, good for drink a beer and chat with friends. So, if taking it as...More

Lovely old cafe! Food is delicious. We had their breakfast and eggs on toast with ham and cheese. Their butter! OMG. So creamy! And jam is (I think) sour cherry. Yum! Highly recommended.

Went there for lunch with 2 friends, the taste of the food is ok but there is absolutely no effort in the presentation and neither in the making of the dishes... Prices are a bit cheaper than average but as said in the title and...More

Great little cafe and bar to stop at on your travels through Amsterdam. You must try the beef croquettes- delicious and something different. Sorry, I keep forgetting to take a photo of the food before I devour it 😜 Top nosh! 👌

We went once for lunch and once for coffee break. The sandwiches were fresh and service quick. The coffee could be improved.

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

Blaffende vis is `one of nicest and busiest matter of Amsterdam, where eating `can price/quality proportion be terribly nice. For a cafe an excellent assessment of spontaneousness and hospitality! A café in the Jordaan that timeless and comfortable. A happening.
