Love this place, have been coming for years and the staff even likes it when I try to speak two words Italians. The food is great, taste is amazing and they sell good wine as well. Real nice staff and overall a very nice place.

Amazing pizzeria, the pizzas here are amazingly fresh. They are handmade with fresh products and the kitchen is right in front of you, so you can see exactly how they make the pizzas. They start of with pure dough, and make a pizza form out of it. Then they pour fresh tomato sauce and cheese on it, that is the base... More

I went there because I was anxious to have some basic Italian food without the frills of the fancy restaurants my business had taken me to earlier in the week. On this night, a group of young families with kids were there and having a fine time. But I got good service and a lovely lasagna, a glass of wine... More

Pomorosso is one of my favorite pizza places in Amsterdam, and I truely believe the pizza here is better than many places back home in Italy.

First of all, it´s a take away.. Second, it´s Napolitan. Third, they offer food, nothing else. Don´t go if you are looking decoration and service because this place doesn´t going to give you what do you expect. They are basic and simple. If you want a real pizza, or some nice Italian dishes as you were in normal place in... More

If you expect great service, go somewhere else, this is a great take away (in the park as well) and there are a few places to sit. I never had to wait very long despite the other reviews, the pizza was always great and the prices are almost as in Italy, with 12 euros you can get a great filled... More

The pizza was actually pretty good (compared to what I gathered from the other reviews). However, the service was awful. In total we were waiting for an hour for four pizzas. Lots of people came in after us and left before us. Every time we asked the answer was "five more minutes", later he seemed to get annoyed with us... More

Pizza is just OK. Sure you can find better, even within Amsterdam. Particurarly disappointing as it is owned / run by Neapolitans (who do know about pizza..) and you therefore get the feel that they try play smart and leverage their being Italian to charge you "deli prices" for a product of mediocre quality.

the place is very tiny but on a nice day you can buy your pizza and eat it in the park next to the restaurant.Pizza is very good, made with real Italian mozzarella (chef is very proud of that). They also serve pasta dishes and have a selection of Italian food produces such as barilla and Sanpellegrino
