Located in the Red Light District my expectations were mixed, but this was a good choice. The steak variety was not well defined but was tasty and done properly. Be advised that medium rare in the U.S. basically equals medium in Amsterdam based on three...More

Me and my partner visited early on Saturday night. The steaks were ok, nothing spectacular. The Argentina sauce was nice that came with the steaks. It was a tad expensive for 2 steaks chip sauce and soft drink each at €60.

Although the decor inside is a little tired, I liked the feel of Al Argentino. Visited with two work colleagues, a few beers each and a steak each - the bill came to €84.90.

Small restaurant in the middle of a restaurant district. Fair prices, effective staff but that rib eye steak - wow! Cooked exactly how I like it (medium rare) and it was fantastic - nothing wasted - all eaten - nothing left - possibly my best...More

To visit Amsterdam and not explore De Wallen (the
