Open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. six days a week (closed Sundays), people wait out on the pavement to get in. Everything is delicious: baguettes, croissants, pain au chocola, tarte au citoen, petit pain and many other kinds of breads and pastries. During the work week you can get the most delicious sandwiches, the equivalent of a whole meal... More

People from all over Amsterdam and Amstelveen come to our local French baker. Baguettes to die for, croissants so light and fluffy they melt in your mouth. The staff here could be snobby and uppity but they are totally now; they are friendly helpful and while the line is long it flies. Great place that is run by great staff.

This place sells without doubt the best baguettes you can buy in NL. If you need bread or simple pastry, this is the pace to be.

This is a great little French bakery. The bread is fantastic and the tarts are to die for (especially the lemon). Is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. Also beware on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings there can be long lines. The line moves quickly but no one likes queues!

Fantastic bread, croissants and pastries. This is the bakery to go to! Perhaps it's even better if you visit the cheese monger next door and buy some cheese to eat with the bread.

10 min walk from the WTC is Le fournil de Sebastien,an authentic French bakery. I am originally from France so I am always on the lookout for French bread and viennoiseries. I had 2 small breads with an olive-anchovies topping, which was delicious, but the bread itself wasnt cooked enough. The rhubarb tart was delicious. A bit pricey but not crazy.I still... More

Nice French bakery, with pastry that's difficult to find in Holland. Prices are a bit expensive but quality for most of the products is great. Pain au chocolat used to be better, but tarts are still great.

Great bread, really wonderful bread store. I can't say that they are expensive especially for the quality you get it's good. Their bread goes so well with the cheese from the L'amuse store.

A bit overpriced but the best French bakery in Amsterdam by miles. I enjoy the sandwiches too. Very disappointing that they are not open on Sunday when it would be most useful.
