Excellent place. Great atmosphere, beautiful design, amazing food and top service. Honestly the best Japanese food outside of Japan from my own experience.

Walked in by pure luck, intrigued by the space. And what a revelation. Wow. Very minimal. But so excellent. Passion of the owners rules this place. All you need to bring is time and enjoy it. Will be back

Description
SHINWAZEN was founded by Yuko Suzuki and Markus Baumgartner on behalf of a deep wish to build a bridge between Japan and Europe. It is a place to get together. Enjoy a Yuzu lemonade as an apéro or our drink of the house with Umeshu after Saturday shopping, come for a relaxing Friday dinner or simply stop by to shop some of the best Japanese products for home-cooking.
