If you're looking for a good bar with a great mood and awesome beer, you are in the right spot! Snacks are good and well served, if you want eat (the cooking is good), you have to think to book.

We went there for dinner. We could not eat, so I am not commenting here on the quality of the food (despite a friend of mine who was food poisoned with a salmon tartare there a month ago). I will just describe the atmosphere that we witnessed, as the atmosphere largely defines the quality of the moment. I called to... More

I've tasted several dishes and they were all good or excellent ( the potato thing with salmon on top or mezze trio were particulary tasty!) The service is very nice and welcoming; great selection of foreign beers and tasty wines for a reasonable price. One of a kind and definately a must if you live in Lausanne.

Good beer, good food, nice staff! Small place and can get loud, but that's part of the charm of the place!

there is a very large range of beers (65 different types!). The food is very delicious. I had a very tasty Steak tartar with toasts and chips. My friend had Mushrooms on toast (croûte aux champignons) and a very nice dessert with home made ice creams. The beers were gorgeous. The waiter very helpful with a big smile. I will... More

It's not very big, and there were certainly a lot of reserved tables, but we were early enough to be lucky and find a free table. We each had an entree, a main, a drink, and I had a dessert, my husband a coffee. This all came to the grand sum of 82 chf. Most restaurants in Switzerland, that will... More

La Bossette (which I have visited a few times in the last 10 years) has been improving a bit in the last year; there is one or two taps dedicated to craft beer, and a good selection of craft beer in bottles. I like the location, central enough, but hidden behind a hill; a quiet corner, always with some people... More

One thing this place is best for is meeting locals and it's selection of crafted beers and commercial beers from around the world. Food is decent and the area is chill. It's close to l'Hermitage and Sauvabelin very nice area you might want to go for a drink after your day in the forest and park.

If you are in a rush just don't go, otherwise La Bossette is the perfect place where to spend a dinner or aperitif or beer time with friends or even with your children. The service is a bit slow, but he food is very good and the atmosphere is familiar and beautiful to live.
