Plenty of locals eat here. Make a reservation. Simple atmosphere – café style dining. Food very well prepared and lots of it. If you like meat – this is meat central.

I have had the Tartare and it was great. This time they had Entrecôte for the lunch menu and it was great as expected. And the chef comes out at the end to make sure everything was great...

I visit a friend in Lausanne every year and every time we go to Le Petit Boeuf - in fact this visit we went twice. The filet steak and chips cannot be faulted.

I have been here with colleagues and had the Natasha Tartare: absolutely great! Prices relatively high, but in line with Swiss standards. If you are looking for good meet, this is your place.

The service was great, and the meat was even better. If you want their specialty you need to have a table in the main room. Make sure to reserve this in advance, as the place is full.

The restaurant itself is quite common and closer, in terms of design, to an "old-fashioned-not-fancy-at-all" bar-brasserie, but the food - specially the meat - is really good. The tartare is delicious, very well seasoned and flambéed few seconds in front of you, as well as the beef that you cook yourself in a kind of small barbecue that the waiter... More

Nothing impressive. Small place. Normal seating. Basic food. BBQ your own but nothing wow. Good enough for having a quick straight forward BBQ meet.

My first visit lived up to the expectations. Highly recommended, this was the best steak I have ever eaten. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere comfortable. The prizes were extremely reasonable. Definitely a repeat for my visits to the area.

Great vibe, great food. I ordered the specialty steak and my coworker the tartare. The meat was very good. It was accompanied by a potatoes and sauces for the meat. I gave the meat a try without sauces and it passed the test. I recommend it. I tried my coworkers tartare and it was prepared very well. The spice combination... More

There is only one bad remark: no parking facilities. We choose one tartare and two open grill (brasiers). Rien à dire. it does nor happen very often de manger de la viande si succulente. with a bottle of Saint Amour on top. Magnificient
