I really liked sitting outside and enjoying fresh meals from this restaurant. I was very thankful for a waiter from Slovakia, who always made my day better. Very nice and friendly guy.

My wife visited this restaurant twice during our Christmas holidays 2021. We loved the food, and found it to be of an excellent quality. The service was also very good-friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended.

we ordered take out and were very disappointed with the quality of the food overall. bad quality of chicken meat (smelly), way too much fish sauce in the red curry (fishy), and for some reason the papaya salad managed to get the worst in the...bunch of dishes. papaya was limp and accompanied by a whole chicken breast with skin, looking ugly like af. the only thing we could recommend where the spring rolls which were actually really good. -> if you have to stick to them and a beer. cheers!More

We were very disappointed, we read good reviews from last year and like good Thai Food. This was far from good, quality of food, presentation and service poor. One has to allow fir restriction due to Corona - the actual Thai Sism Wind was closed...and we were served in the Pizzeria under ground. (The pizzas by the way looked good) Even the Jasmin tea was bitter (two teabags in ugly pot, boiled incompetence) priced at Fr.7.50! My Thom Kha soup was passable (small portion for Fr.14.—, but my husbands dish was so tasteless even pouring Thai sauce over it barely helped, costing 32.— Redeemed feature: good choice I’d drinks: Singha beer was faultless!More

I travel 200 days a year and am stunned by this little culinary Thai jewel!!! EVERYTHING was perfect. Could be that it is pleasing only my taste but the restaurant is packed so assume that there is more to it than only my impressions.

After a long day of hiking and being in the cold, my husband and I wanted something easy and familiar so we came across the Siam Wind. It was conveniently located on the walk back from St. Moritz to our hotel in St. Moritz Bad....The restaurant was very busy, but we didn’t have reservations. The host asked us to go next door for an aperitif while we waited. We got situated in the bar just in time for our table to be ready which was less than 5 minutes! We ordered the Tom Yum soup, side of fried rice, red curry, and mango sticky rice for dessert. Everything was so good and a large portion of food. We had several people waiting on us, and everyone we so pleasant and friendly. Such a great experience and this restaurant and would highly recommend!More

Nice service, good ambience, they are only offering half the portion of selected regular dishes ( by selected I mean non expensive) to the half board guests at Laudinella and Reina Victoria. Actually I wonder whether it is still worthwhile to book HB. Better do...a la carte if you don’t have kids. The food is quite authentic, but they don’t put a lot of vegi in the dishes. So a dish like spicy chicken with green beans will only have chicken and one or two beans. It is way too heavy for my taste.More

Authentic, delicious, pricey but it’s St. Moritz.. Ask for extra spice if you eat a lot of Asian food..

We stayed at hotel Laudinella as part of an Insight Vacation tour. Being Asians we were pining for some Asian fare; so decided to give Siam Wind a try. First, we checked out the open kitchen - the chefs are Thai, so the food must...be authentic! Of course, street food in Thailand is extremely cheap in Thailand; but not here in a restaurant, much less Switzerland. We had both lunch and dinner here - each time we paid just over CHF100 ... for this amount, you could eat for a lot more in Bangkok. But hey, we are spending holiday money, and the food was fantastic! For lunch, we ordered the hoisin duck rice (CHF 23.50); phad Thai with beef (CHF27.50); and beef fried rice (CHF 23.50), and a small bowl of Tom Yum soup (CHF15.50). With drinks, this Thai meal came to CHF106.60. For dinner, we ordered pretty much the same stuff. The chefs were friendly (as Thais always are!), the serving staff were also friendly and made us feel very welcome. In fact when we returned for dinner, they recognised us and said "Welcome back!" Highly highly recommended!More

We went to this restaurant bc of the reviews here on TA. We were sent away bc they were booked for the night, even though we saw empty tables. That night we made reservations for the following night. The food was excellent we ordered to...glasses of local wine Cassales $5.90 fr each, pad Thai $$20.50 fr and Gai Manu $29.50. And expresado $4.20. While we were there we saw people being turned down so make reservations it’s a must!More

I ate at Siam Wind tonight and had an excellent meal. The red curry duck was exceptional, lovely flavour and a generous size serve. Service was prompt and friendly, and I noted that the waiter at the next table dealt with a very rude and...demanding woman calmly and tactfully. Highly recommended.More

After being in France & Switzerland for over 2 weeks and about to embark on 6 weeks in Italy our Aussie taste buds craved some South East Asian Cusine. The Hotel Steffani we we are staying referred us to Siam Wind located in the Hotel...Laudinella and we weren’t disappointed. Great food, excellent service and a smashing Swiss Pinot Nior to accompany our meal. We actually went on both our evenings in St. Moritz!!!More
