It was freezing outside! A biting wind....teenagers clamouring for food!!! Where to go? We found this by chance, debating whether or not to go down the stairs to see if we could stop for lunch...was it worthwhile to struggle against the wind, maybe in vain....? We were welcomed inside and assured that having just antipasto platters was fine, which was... More

We came to Gubbio for a quick lunch and a glass of vino and found this lovely winebar that served a great selection of cold cuts, bruschettas and the local crescia. The two guys preparing and serving the food were very attentive and professional. Definitely worth to visit if you like authentic Italian experience far from banal tourists places.

Gubbio is fairly touristy especially in August, but we found this place for a light lunch which was pretty much in the centre. It is primarily an enoteca and certainly there was a huge selection of wine and a number of nice ones on offer by the glass. We ate the simple crescia which was very good. It's in an... More

The interior looks nice and made us go for lunch when we walked by. We got cold lasagna, not homemade, but heaten in the microwave. Even that was too difficult, we had to ask 3 times to warm it again. Wine was horrible. You really have to do a lot of efforts to find a restaurant in Umbria that is... More
