Incredible food (get the porchetta early, we missed it!), great service, interesting location. The space is small, so you will likely need to eat outside. They have some make-shift standing tables on the street, that will turn you into an eating tourist attraction. That might not appeal to all (one lady mistook it for free samples--I was ready to brawl),... More

My husband and I came across this gem purely by chance on our last visit to Siena. We were heading to the main piazza to have lunch and noticed people outside this VERY small store front. They were immersed in eating what looked like an amazing charcuterie board set on top of 'wooden barrels'. We were drawn inside the shop... More

Very good food with a nice red wine! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who likes meat, cheese, wine and truffle.

We stopped in on the eve of the Palio, a busy day in Siena to say the least. The food here was so perfect, we stopped back in for a second time at the end of the day just to get more and to chat with the owner when he wasn't so busy. Try the prosciutto made from wild boar... More

This by far was tthe most engaging dining experience of our trip, probably because it was impromptu and so awesome. We walked in expecting a little sample but came out with a full blown take out dinner including boar proscuitto, roasted boar porcheta, amazing cured salame's, cheese, wine, cups, and bread! The owner was so friendly, inviting and thoughful, just... More

What a pleasure after walking out of the worst restaurant of my life around the corner with the most despicable service , Le Campane, to be able to enter this haven of epicurean delights! The charming, funny, and generous with free-samples, hosts welcomed us boisterously & were genuinely proud of our appreciation for their impressive collection of prosciutti, salumi and... More

People who have written anything bad about this place need their taste buds and brains rewiring. Unbelievable food, super charismatic owner and fantastic service. You MUST visit this place if you are in Siena or live within a 1,000 mile radius.

The pizzicheria de miccoli sells TOP quality cured meats and cheeses. Service is outstanding, and while a very small place, the owners will accomodate you. Try the assorted platter and red wine. The porchetta is also unbelieveable. Fantastico!
