This place was a welcome sight away from the crazy bustle of the streets. The owner was super friendly and let us taste the two salumi he had before we decided which we wanted in our sandwhich. (There's only a couple of choices; cheese and...More

Such an unobtrusive little place we almost walked past, but what a delightful find! Simple fare but at a very reasonable price, and extremely tasty, my first sampling of local salami, we enjoyed it so much we had a second helping. One family turned up,...More

The best panini I've had in Italy! Wonderful owner, delicious ingredients and very generous with the portions. Wine was yummy as well.

Our Lonely Planet city guide of Florence and Tuscany recommended this place. And for good reason: really nice owner, delicious sandwiches, and the thickest chunks of ham and cheese you've ever seen. Surely recommended!

Lovely spot off the main tourist drag, stopped for a very reasonably priced drink. Good choice of wines to buy as well.

There is nothing elaborate here just very simple panini of salami and cheese. Your host will provide samples to help you decide. A welcome calm spot to chill from the crowds.

3483181907 Along the eastern wall, away from the main street. A very simple no frills sandwich shop. He offers cheap panini with the best pure ingredients, local salami, and pecorino cheese, along with good inexpensive local wine. A real contrast with the "tourist trap" establishments which are crammed into this small city.
