Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Small restaurant in a wonderful alley, separated from the more commercial and crowded area. It has tables outside and if it is hot you will find fresh air and the beauty of the swallows flying under the arcades. Mainly it offers varied brusquettes and all with high quality ingredients. There is the possibility of having a plate with 5 of your choice, which is enough for two people, at a very good price. The service of the guys is also excellent, kind and always attentive. They also offered us coffee :) Thanks so much, we will be back for sure!

We ate here a couple nights ago. Had a great Chianti grown locally, ate ribolita pretty good and healthy. Others had a bruschetta, my wife liked her lasagna. If your down that end of town go out on the street look for an arch about 100 yards up the street your there.

I had a lovely experience at this tiny restaurant tonight. Even though the chef was not on tonight and there was a limited menu, I loved my ravioli vegetarian and local white wine. So glad I chose to eat here. (And I'm a bit of foodie so can have high expectations) Also thank you to the lovely gentleman serving me. And for calling me a taxi.

Friendly cosy hidden away from main street. Can recommend mixed bruscetta platter (3x bruschetta flavours each) beautiful flavours and perfect for a light lunch.

Good bread and good ingredients. Located in a very small and quiet area. Fresh and light for a very hot walking tiring day. Good service

My wife and I had an excellent meal here on our first night to San Gimignano. The owner is very attentive. We enjoyed it so much we returned the second night and tried some other dishes. A bit difficult to locate but well worth the effort!

We chose this restaurant because of TA reviews. It isn't on the main street so required a bit of looking but well worth the effort. We each had a bruschetta (1. bacon, mozzarella cheese and tried tomatoes 2. Gorgonzola cheese, ham and mushrooms) both were great and were more than enough for us. They do have 63 types of bruschetta and they were also willing to make modifications to the ones on the menu. Reasonable price, 2 bruschetta and a litre of house wine was 34 Euro.

Ate here two night during our stay in the area. Really liked the selections of bruschettas on offer. Had the lasagne and picci dishes which were very tasty. All reasonably priced and staff on hand to offer suggestions as how best to eat each item chosen. Loved the background music.

Very cosy place, worth finding your way there. Has a good variety of bruchetta and a decent wine selection. The waiter was very friendly with excellent English and happy to recommend on food and wine. A little plus is the music in the background if you're also a Pink Floyd fan.

Wide selection of wonderful bruschetta’s served by very friendly staff whom are very passionate about what they serve. Nice to have found a place which is not very touristy and gives their own spin on classical dishes. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Followed the trip adviser recommendation and found echoes, a bruschetta and beer bar (what could be better). Found it and an amazing menu of massive bruschetta (only 1 each trust me). And a nice range of beers (went for Moretti). Air con inside and can sit near the entrance of wished. Have to say lovely place, great service and fab food, all at a good price in San Gimignano. Fancy a pizza slice, go here, fancy a bit of nice food, go here. Loved it!

The selection of bruschettas was amazing and the staff really kind. Echoes is a really cool and quiet place off the beaten track in San Gimignano, where to eat a simple meal based on local food at good prices. Absolutely worth a visit! Well done
