What you get for 36 euro's (fixed menu, not a la carte) is good! 4 courses, wine, water, coffee.. Very nice employees! Almost everything comes from the local farm. But you really want to go here for the view over San Gimignano, wonderful! That's why...i think it's nicer to go there for lunch, since the town is not illuminated at night!More

As soon as you get to this stunning fattoria you see a most beautiful view: the winyards, olivegroves and San Giminiano in the distance. Then comes the food and wine. All homemade and delicious. We left happy, full and with a trunk full of wine...and olive oli.More

A spectacular multi-course set dinner made largely from fresh organic produce from the farm served on a lovely outdoor setting overlooking the hill. Good house wine.

We went here as part of a wine tour. We toured the farm and vineyard and then tasted a few of their wines. The also have a bed and breakfast here that would be nice to stay at in the future.

We were on a Tuscany tour and we stopped for lunch at Fattoria Poggio Alloro. They shared the story about the vineyard and their production of food and wine. The best part was the food and the view of Tuscany: incredible! Worth the trip -...specially if you are around Siena and San Gimignano. Their white wine was the best (for me) but they have good Chianti Classico and Merlot as well as other wines, grapas and so on. I enjoyed their olive oil a lot and highly recommend going during October - such nice weather!More

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our 3 nights at Laurel Hill Fattoria Poggio Alloro). The apartment we booked was spotless, large, modern and comfortable. We had breakfast each morning and enjoyed fresh fruit, wonderful croissants, eggs, cappuccino and all with a...very friendly smile and service. We enjoyed a seven course meal both Friday and Saturday. Food was fantastic, fresh from their farm and served with their own wines. Served family style with very large portions and excellently prepared. To top it off the views of San Gimignano in the distance, the fields of olive trees and grapevines in the Tuscan countryside were breathtaking. We truly hope to return again and again. Thank you to the whole family and their wonderful staff.More
