This is a very well-known street food restaurant for Panini sandwich. You have to be patient when you go there. Very crowded, people in queue that might take you 30 to 45 min to get your sandwich. It's worth it

Nice little reastaurant in the heart ofisa very close to the Piazza dei Cavalieri. They have limited seats inside. You don't need a seat for a sandwich but if you order a cold cuts and cheese plate then you'll need a table. Our plate was something to die for, it was absolutely fantastic! A place you need to visit if... More

We ordered the bacon sandwich. The meat and cheese fillings were great. However, the bread is a tad dry and tough. Location is an easy walk down from the Pisa Tower. There are limited seats inside the store but there is a square just outside the store with benches.

Best take away in Pisa, worth a visit!!! Eating a panino in the small square where the Ostellato is located was priceless.

Made to order sandwiches / Paninis they are great. Very large wide selection, they even have an English menu which I great! As not too many places have them, the 2 members of staff were great they helped us choose some of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. Inside is small maybe 10 seats maximum, but plenty of people... More

Simply delicious paninis and so much choice! The owners were helpful in recommending which to taste, and my only regret is that I wasn't able to try the platters of meat and cheese which looked really good

Amazing food, unfortunately we could´t taste all that delicious food! And great wine! Finally, decent prices and good service. Hope to be back on day!

Be aware that there is virtually no seating inside (people eat walking outside, or on the public benches near by), they have no toilet and depending on time there is a standing queue. Having said this, this is an excellent place for street food, aka a sandwich. Their menu is huge with a lot of mouth watering proposals: I have... More

Oh wow... just amazing, simple food with local ingredients. We ordered one baguette with prosciutto with artichoke and cheese and another (more daring) lard (yes...meat fat) with pear, walnuts and pecorino cheese). Taste sensation. The deli has some stool seating but is situated in a square with benches so grab your food and enjoy the sunshine!

The most beautiful belin di panineria I've ever seen. When I was there and ate the big panozzo I ordered, the only thing I thought was "belin che bono". Hola
