Excellent food and wine. Wild boar with polenta and steak with rocket and Parmesan were great mains, but vegetarian mixed starter (shared) was a cut above.

Still the best restaurant we have found in Pisa but why only 4 stars you ask. They have set the bar high so only four stars this time as the seafood salad starter had all the mussels still closed. Other than that the provide top...More

We took 2 menu for just 10 euro. It was a great deal for what we ate. Absolutely recommended, we will go back :))))

Went for supper and weren’t disappointed. The food was delicious - pasta with ragu and a fabulous tagliata (sliced steak with rocket and Parmesan), rosemary roast potatoes and then the chocolate mousse and the chocolate fondant both served with a fine biscuit which was warm...More

We found the restaurant via Tripadvisor and went there on good faith. Luckily we were there at 19:30 sharp and got a table right away, since only a few minutes later the entire restaurant was full. The team speaks English, is very polite and helped...More

Full of locals, unpretentious. Good food - no burgers - great pasta. Book top room as it is more spacious and less cramped. Expect hot in summer as ceiling fans to cool air. Friendly service (except for the one waitress who was surprisingly surly).

We went there on a rainy night, and were among the first diners at the restaurant. It soon filled up completely though - the atmosphere was great! The food was wonderful, the truffle ravioli fantastic, the portions a very good size - all in all...More

Don't get the wrong impression from the entrance. It's right in the centre of the tourist malarky and looks cheap. However,...... go in and ask to be seated upstairs with the locals. It's a totally different experience. The upstairs restaurant still has the authentic character....More

This place was recommended to us by our AirBnB host. We tried to go late in the evening once but it was full so we came back the next day for lunch. The lunch service was fairly busy (most tables occupied) but the starters still...More

Restaurant where you can find the original old plates of this lovely region, from the old recipe strait on your table. Of course the famous Fiorentina steak is the queen of the restaurant. With a wine list of around 200 wine labels from all round the Tuscany area, where you can find as well someone of the Italian's most famous.
