Ater almost 2 weeks of eating pasta, bread and pizza we really wanted some good ole fried food and hamburgers american style. Loved that Hardrock was just outside our Hotel door. The food was delicious, service great and english was spoken well.

FIRST I was in the bar waiting for our table and a nice guy Emad served me excellent drinks at the bar. He had a lot of pins.. Then we moved to the table since the beginning love how they attended us. And the server...More

I love Italian food, but after a week I was craving nachos. Crazy I know, but I was not alone. The four of us ordered nachos, fajitas, wings and a burger. We also had dessert. All were prepared as per Hard Rock Cafe standards and...More

Hard Rock in Florence is right in the centre, massive space with live music. We went at happy hour and the food was good and very reasonable with the discount. The cocktails could be better but overall a great experience

Worst cocktails I have ever tasted. Also self service if you don't order food. At least the waiters were friendly.

We visited in July 2016 on a blistering hot day in Florence. We were on our honeymoon, having a particular taste for Hard Rock Cafe's, and thirsty! The restaurant didn't have any tables free but invited us to sit at the bar - this was...More

We make it a point to go to every HRC when we travel. So, our visit here was our first meal in Florence. Nice opportunity to get some North American food that we're used to and to hear some familiar music! We ordered a Honey...More

The restaurant was crowded, we had to sit at the bar. But they accommodated us well, and food was typical HRC. Nice after eating so much pasta to get a little variety! Free refills on soft drinks was a real positive after a long day...More

The atmosphere was lacking during our visit. The servers were cordial and upbeat like the American versions of the same. The music was just videos projected onto a large screen. It was cold inside. It seemed over priced and definitely did not deliver on quality....More

We had a great visit to this branch! It was my boyfriends first experience of a Hard Rock Cafe and they delivered, the service was faultless and the food was excellent. I would recommend restaurant this to a fiend if they were visiting Florence!

I usually try the local legend when visiting a new Hard Rock Cafe. Has anyone tried it here? What makes it "local" to Florence? Is it worth trying or should I stick to the regular menu? Thank you.
