Very unpleasant service, for the older lady, it was all a problem. Appetizer bruschetta quite OK, the main meal of pasta good, but the second main dish dish - mushroom risotto with unshed mushrooms, very bad. Overall, unfortunately very bad impression.

We still talk about going to this restaurant and fantasise about just doing a quick one day trip from London just to eat here. It has such a lovely, authentic vibe and is not packed with tourists. We went to eat here both nights that...More

We tried some of their house specials risotto casa, and two pasta dishes. All were very tasty and a good value. They also open at 6:30 PM so if you are hungry early it is a good option.

Cozy, friendly, fresh, delicious, family run, authentic even in the middle of a touristy area, in one word: great. One of the best in downtown Florence where it is difficult to find such an authentic place. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was the highlight of the meals on our last trip to Italy. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we went twice! It was by chance that we came across I' Mangiarino and the rustic menu won us over. Admittedly, the service...More

The restaurant is very small but full of character. I suggest booking in advance. The starters were amazing especially the Carpaccio, which was one of the best I had in my week in Italy. The big problem is with the service. An old lady was...More

Had reservations for 8 pm, seated promptly....then it started to decline. The son of the owner was too busy with 2 young girls seated after our arrival to pay any attention to us, even though mom pointed out that we were waiting. He finally came...More
