Can't believe we fell for this - outside the price board said 4 Euros for 3 scoops, but when they ask you to come in to pay you find out the cones (!) are an extra 3 Euros... when I complained to the seller she just shrugged. These people are scammers making loads of money from people who fail to... More

We paid 12 euros for 2 cones (what a ripoff), but felt worse for the sweet older couple who came in before us and was charged 20 euros for the same thing.

I saw delicious looking gelato in the window so we decided to step up and get some. While the lady was scooping our cones I started to get money ready, but I realized there were no prices posted (which I thought was illegal in Italy). I figured two cones shouldn't be more than €8 or so. Nope. €16. Normally we... More

If there is a minus or 0 star i would have given that. Just got ripped off 15 euros for a cup (as shown in picture) of 3 flavour gelato which would cost about 5 euros elsewhere. Their gelato must be made of golden nuggets. No price was listed outside and you would only find the shock of your life... More

By the time we arrived in Florence we had frequented the gelato counters in Rome, Milan and around Lake Como. The usual prices were about 3 Euro a scoop. Our group stooped at the stand and we did not check the prices carefully. This particular shop charged THIRTY EIGHT EURO FOR SIX SINGLE SCOOP CONES – Approximately US$ 45! Florence... More

Avoid at all costs. Two scoops in a cup is listed as €4. We ordered 3 cups and started eating them. The price was then €30 - this is a scam run by chinese people. Do NOT buy anything here!
