It was simply the best place we ate in during our visit to Italy. Delicious, cheap and the service was on the highest level. Can't say enough. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a very friendly welcome and good service from two lovely attentive female members of staff. We had a drink at an outside table and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere away from the hectic crowds nearby. It was a little haven to find in such a busy city. Thank you from D and W, Tasmania, Australia

We arrived in Florence at lunchtime, tired and hungry when we stumbled across this amazing little restaurant. The staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to please. We decided on the seafood spaghetti after our waiter personally recommended it and it exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, the service warm and friendly and the price very reasonable, we couldn't fault... More

This city is superb and the service and food at Canto Del Ramerino is a reflection of the city! By going a little off the beaten path, you will be in for a treat! Thank you for making us feel at home and welcome!

We had two meals here during our short stay in Florence. The staff were very friendly and smiley (which you don't get everywhere). Both times we had one big rustica pizza which was plenty for the two of us. I thought it was really good value particularly when compared with other restaurants nearer the big tourist attractions.

Delicious pasta (tagliatelle or spaghetti) with pesto and parmesan or with ragu, also very good tagliate stake tuscany style. Amazing traditional bean+spinach or tomato soups with some 'secret' delicious ingredients. Good wines based on Sangiovese grapes. Tasteful pieces of bread (looks like very long chips) with pesto. Services are very good and the prices are affordable (like 1 Euro for... More

The entrance looks more like a takeaway place, but it's SO nice inside! The food was great, ordered pizza for eight euro, and the portions were large. Applaud to the two lovely, smiling staff members serving there, thank you for making our last night in Firenze excellent. Also, on the way to the restaurant you can enjoy piazza di Santa... More

We ate here for three nights in a row - we loved it! Very good pasta and pizza, without tourist crowds, yet only stone throw from the Church of Santa Croce. Prices are affordable and the staff are very nice, we are coming back for sure!

My Husband and I came across this place on a search for somewhere to have good cheap wine and people watch. This place fit the bill! The house wine was only €8 for a litre, the tiramisu only €4 and being right around the corner from the piazza there was plenty of people watching! The staff was very friendly and... More
