By far, this was the best restaurant and best food we had during our recent trip to Florence! I had the tagliere Misto to start, followed by the caramelle pasta and finished off with the most amazing cheesecake ever! My partner was equally enamoured with his meatballs, tagliatelle with asparagus and topped of with a delicious zuppa englese. The staff... More

So glad our Airbnb host suggested this place as the food was delicious, the service was great and the prices were comparable.

If you want to eat the local food, this is the place to come. It is the opposite of haute - cuisine and non the worse for that! There were lots of what seemed to be older local people in the place which to me is always a good sign. For example I had ribollita soup as a starter -... More

We had a great meal at Dino's and truly enjoyed the relaxing, quiet atmosphere & friendly service. We had seen the great reviews and it certainly lived up to our expectations. There was a large function going on the evening that we came for dinner with over 40 people in the back room. We were glad that we came right... More

In Florence you have so many choices. Most are great choices so we hadn't been here in previous trips as we never really stopped and looked. So this time we did go and we love this restaurant. The menu is diverse and fresh. If you are not an Italian speaker, English is very available. (as a matter of fact, we... More

My Boyfriend and I came to eat here, because we found the restaurant on TripAdvisor. We had a great time, ate the best food of our trip through Italy and the staff was lovely. They have vegan options and would be willing to cater any other wishes.

We started with a kind of souffle or flan with funghi porcini and truffles sauce absolutely amazing. The Ossobuco was also perfect and slow cooked, the meat literally melted in my mouth. Maybe the desserts were basic but well prepared and they used good ingredients. A really decent, honest, comfortable place to have dinner.

We arrived quite tired from Rome and decided to eat somewhere near by the hotel. Fortunately we found the restaurant here and we thought "let's give a try". We've been served perfectly by Sonia, the host and probably owner. She even offered Prosecco and some antipasti by the house. We had a lovely meal accompanied by a good wine. Also... More

We ate here on our first evening in Florence. The service from the moment we arrived was great and the lady running the restaurant was super friendly and recommended some nice wine for us too. The star of the show was the mushroom souffle but all of the food was nice. Price is okay and we also got some drinks... More
