We have been around italy for the past week and being from the Philippines, we were having a hard time getting used to the food of Italy. Well we just found a place which serves good homemade food. But wait they still have one more...More

We had lunch and dinner here and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Self service cafeteria style eatery. Clean and pretty fun to be eating with only locals. Great prices and truly incredible food. Not sure how...More

Cafeteria style food with a good variety of tasty dishes. We tried the eggplant parmesan and spinach ravioli. Both were good but needed to be heated up. No charge for tap water.

Highly recommend this place! The food was delicious (we were a group of 7, so we were able to sample pretty much everything), and it’s a perfect, inexpensive lunch by the Duomo. It’s easy and casual, not overrun by tourists, and you can get a...More

The roast chicken with potatoes tasted like how my Mom makes it. The fried zucchini blossoms were excellent. Very affordable. The interior is charming, very 1970s.

The food is marginally better than the grub served to children at a school canteen, but it is quick and convenient so deserves some credit for that. The member of staff handling the payments of bills, however, could do with a lesson or two on...More

My wife and I discovered this restaurant on TripAdvisor when we were looking for restaurants popular with locals and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is centrally located near the Apple store. It's a self-service place with friendly personnel; they all speak English. I had...More

OK, so you aren't heading here for a romantic date but it's good authentic grub with modest portions so you can try many. More than half the customers were locals. Great location with reasonable beer and wine costs. Give it a try ! You'll eat...More

It's a great place very central near the Duomo. Once found, we've spent each lunch here. Lots of locals. Very good assortment of main course, free tap water, few desserts. Meat is wonderful, spagetti is full of cheese and souse, great value and overall it's...More

Not many places to eat are open in Florence at 4 p.m. But this one in the centre of sightseeing points was recommended us by local people. There two floors and when we visited this restaurant there were so many hungry people that after ordering...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

As I recall it's not. It is on second floor and you go via stairs. Not sure there is elevator.

It is right by the Duomo. I don't know if they do groups as it is a self-service cafeteria style restaurant.
