This came recommended to us. Friendly welcome. Lovely atmosphere. Good choice of foccacia, pizza, sandwiches, cakes and pastries, wine poured at your table from the bottle - very good choice and would definitely advise a visit.

We were so lucky to walk in and get a table for a delightful light lunch. Fabulous breads and the pecorino with pear and honey was amazing.

We went to the Cantinetta twice in two different visit in Florence. Great food quality. We will go back and have the focaccia and cantucci. Goof service and very well located.

All the panino and sandwiches are fresh, the tomatoes, basil and mozzarella sandwich was delicious. The Verranzzano chianti with the sliced sausage sandwich was a great combo. You can get their Chianti back in Canada with any who imports wine.

Whilst wandering the streets in Florence we happened upon Cantinetta dei Verrazzano, tucked quietly down a little street from the bustling shopping nearby. Initially we just fancied a drink but then decided to grab just a quick small snack. My wife went for the bruschetta...More

The centre of Florence is becoming vastly overcrowded these days but there are a number of spots very close to the main thoroughfares (which seem now to be full of crocodiles from cruise-ship) where you can get a little peace and quiet (relatively speaking) and...More

Great little place which doubles as a bakery with its own oven. Restaurant food and drinks are all produced by them. Top service and top authentic food. One of my favourites ever.

We go to Florence several times a year for work. Almost every time, we would go to Verrazzano for nibbles and wine in the early evening purely because of its great location. Never again. Our group was charged for SEVERAL dishes we had neither ordered...More

We had a wonderful dinner there and Salvatore was terrific. Many courses and tasted a few different wines from the Verrazzano Winery. Make reservations. This is a small and not to be missed restaurant. Amazing pastries if you just stop in.

This was a great restaurant to step into for lunch on a weekday in late May. We arrived around 12:30 and had our choice of seats but by 12:45 it was packed. The table service area is a small area where you can sit down...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
