We had booked a Sicialian cookery class at this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted with coffee and tiramisu and cakes then taken around the local market to view the array of fish, meats, fruits and vegetables. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, fun and helpful. The group all had an amazing day with them. Highly recommended.

Wonderful greeting at pizzeria Porta Messina for our cooking class. Started off with cappuccino and fruit and delicious tiramisu. Then we made both white bread and wheat bread and had fun making different shapes out of the dough. While our bread was baking, we made pasta dough and rolled it into macaroni shapes. When the bread was done, we enjoyed... More

Good pizzeria! You can find in its menu not only pizza but all other different Italian food. Very good wine and complement from chef. Lemonchello is perfect. Visit the place with friends or family.

We did a pizza/bread/pasta making class here in the morning, 2 Adults & 4 Children aged from 5 - 13 years old. It was the best fun we had. Luca & Stefan & all at the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. We ate everything we made, so it is advisable to go hungry. We returned again another evening and... More

We attended Stefano's cooking / pizza making class and it was AMAZING!!!! He was a great host, the lesson was educational but more importantly fun! You start off making various breads that help give you the foundation of what you need to know to make authentic pizza. Baking then eating your own freshly baked bread with local meats and cheese... Stefano is the pizza master! We had so much fun in the class. We learned all about the different flours and methods and got to make bread, macaroni and our own pizza which we got to eat afterwards. We did everything from making the dough, to taking it out of the oven. 10/10. Would do it again next time we... More

Cooking class was a wonderful experience, we made macaroni and pizza. We were served appetizers and drinks, then we dined on our pizzas and macaroni and had cannolis for dessert. We were set for the day as far as food goes,we had our leftovers for dinner. So worth it. Great staff, food and hospitality! Ciao
