We visited this cosy Sicilian sea food restaurant twice during our stay in Syracuse. Elegant interior and a small, two-pages menu, is a huge plus in my list. It is located in the old part of Syracuse, Ortigia, but at the same time away from the crowds that sworm the little streets of this historical place. Everything we tried was... More

Seems a little over rated. I had some fried calimari. It was good but only warm not hot, and the potions seemed a little meager for the price.

A great dinner! The appetizers and first dishes are amazing. Typical food but with a fresh vision. The service was friendly, helpful in suggesting the best dishes and combinations. Strongly recommend! This place was suggested by locals, for a good reason!

While we've had some great meals in Sicily (it's hard not to have good food there), this was one of the best ever. We shared 3 antipasti to start: mussels, fritto misto, and a salad of oranges, fennel, onions, and anchovies. All were delicious, the fried seafood was particularly well done. We then had two different pastas: calamarata ai frutti... More

I've been in Syraka few other times before and every time I was amused by the tastes and service. This time we had fish in every form, deep fried, raw, in the oven, grilled and every single dish was to die for. I would absolutely recommend Syraca as the place to eat once in Siracusa. Can't wait to be back!

Lovely outdoor seating in the north end of the island. The sardines with sun-dried tomato appetizer was outstanding. Attentive and enthusiastic service made the evening quite special. Definitely worth a return visit

Chanced upon this restaurant one lunchtime whilst out walking. Noted several groups of native Italian speakers eating here, so thought I'd give it a try. Really glad we did. We had very fresh seafood dishes which where absolutely delicious. The house wine was delightful. I think we got value given the quality of the food.
