Expected great things but did not deliver. The food was good but the service was poor - waiters were disinterested, inhospitable and uncaring. Good wine but the sommelier was unhelpful. Not a great experience.

The service and ambience I would give Full marks but the food is nowhere close To a Michelin star restaurant. Had the tasting menu and most of the dishes were bland. The warm prawn and fresh tuna were very good and the dessert was satisfactory....More
This was our first night on the island of Ortigia, Saracusa. We were pleased to find the restaurant that had been recommended by our travel agent. The setting is delightful and the service was excellent but slower than most Americans might expect. We each ordered...More

Tripadvisor ought to have a rating between 'average' and 'very good'! This restaurant is above average (for Syracuse) but not very good. The wines, and the wine waiter, were better than average. The food was heavy - the pasta with shrimp and sea urchin was...More
Food was fantastic, with great choices. And delicious wine. It's quite grand, so it's celarly where the great and good of Syracuse go for a night out. But service is impeccable and food and wine terrific.
Came for a dinner. This restaurant has all of the quirky stuff expected of Michelin-star restaurant, yet when it comes to taste, I was not 100 percent on board. The food was overall good, though I tried the swordfish with wallnut filling and it was...More
