we booked earlier at this place since it is very popular. This place is only open for Dinner. We had a Sicilian starter with thin bread and a variety of dippings for starter. For the mains, I chose the Mushroom pizza and my wife one with spinach, Aubergine and Asparagus. Both were huge ( twice the size of Pizza Express), with... More

We had asked both B&B and food tour guide for pizza recommendations and Frida got the vote! We really enjoyed our meal here. Fried calzone was a huge starter for 2, and both pizzas were very good. Nice selection of beers. Previous reviews had complained about the service - we found it efficient and friendly, and got a limoncello on... More

Strictly average pizzas, nothing special in wither ingredients or results. They basically sell a varying mix of 15 to 20 or so toppings on fairly plain dough crusts turned into a large list of "names". Oh yes, and the marketing trick of folding in the sides of a round pizza to make it square. To those reviewers who have said... More

Lots of hype - food lived up to expectations. As others have pointed out.m- the staff lived up to theirs as well. A few were very nice but for the most part ambivalent. Giving five for the food.

Without a doubt the best pizza i have eaten and expect to ever eat. I had fiamme e fuoche which is a square pizza - it has a stuffed crust filled with ricotta, mozzarella, peppers, salami. The pizza was truly a marvel - sophisticated and sumptuous. The staff are very friendly. However, expect to book or queue for a long... More

We arrived 20 minutes before they opened in the evening with 8 people, 4 of them children. They informed us they were not open yet, so I asked if we could sit quietly at a table, possibly with some water or drinks. In spite of that costing them nothing, they refused. I asked if they were sure as there were... More

I had the Frida and my husband had the Diego. Both were amazing!! The crust was stuffed with fresh, creamy ricotta. Phenomenal!

We came here after reading a load of reviews, not only on TripAdvisor, describing the place as "the best pizza in Palermo. We read that the place is quite busy, so I tried to make a reservation. I called 3 times in the afternoon, but they persistently did not answer. So we decided to show up there at 7:25 p.m.,... More

This place is terrible. First, we went when at 8pm and were told a table wasn't ready until 9:30, which was fine, we went back at 9:30 and were not seated until 10:30, AFTER ASKING 4 TIMES!!!! We ordered pizza for dinner, it was absolutely nothing special. Good price but not worth the wait at all. Then we go to... More
