Popular with locals, full by 9 PM. Reservations essential. Moderate prices, entrees around 15 Euros, wines 12-16 Euros, beer, no liquor. Beer lovers should try the Chinaschi dark beer. Fresh fish, pasta, large variety of pizza -- you can choose the type of wheat for the crust. Good for families. Good service. Up on a hill overlooking downtown Palermo, indoor... More

Sometimes food isn't everything, and in this case we really enjoyed the food and excellent service, but what moved this review to an excellent was the added personal touch of the proprietor who welcomed us to his city and establishment. We all had a lovely evening and will remember that pistachio cake for a long long time!!!

I was working in Palermo at Fincantieri Shipyard and wanted to have a wrap party for my crew. I searched for suitable restaurants in the area and Villa Costanza seemed to be perfect. I was able to book a table for 8 people for that night.Although they don't open til around 7:30 or 8:00, you can call after 5 to... More

This is a real gem. A wonderful varied menu of great quality. We loved it so much we went back for a second night - something we never usually do!

Our hotel booked a (late) table. 10 pm. We had to leave early in the morning so it was imperative the table were ready. It wasn't! We told the waiter right away, that they had to spend drinks on the house, then. He didn't object to that and brought us Aperols and Cokes. Pizza, pasta, meat was excellent - as... More

On the whole a great experience. This restaurant is extremely close to the Grand Hotel Villa Igea so if you want a casual dinner nearby this is a great bet. The maitre d' is fantastic and was very helpful in finding us a nice table outside when we arrived. The patio is very nice and sits atop of Palermo so... More

Villa Costanza is yet another place in Palermo that is trading on the nice setting and overlooking one of the most important things about a restaurant-the food. Pretty people people, pretty setting. But the food is trying too hard to be trendy and just misses the mark over and over. Give Villa Costanza a miss if you are any way... More

We sat outside with a bit of view over outside Palermo, a lot of guest in the restaurant. We had antipastis for sharing, and especially the coated fried shrimp was very good. Ordinary fried other stuff ( potatoes, mini-pizza, chick-peas cakes) have had them much better in street stols and regular pizzerias in the area. The pizza eaters were almost... More

Booked for a table at 22pm with a view on Palerme. We got our table only at 23pm without the view... The service speaks only Italian (except the Maitre d'hotel). The food isn't bad but the view is really overrated...
