The chef at La Cambusa completely controls what he is doing. He is good at his craft. We got starters with three different kinds of fish, very sicilian, and then fish filled with asparagus and shrimp. A fantastic wine and even better .... an exquisite service. This is definitely a place I would recommend and would like to visit again.... More

Friendly, quick, service. Ravioli with pistachio and pumpkin sauce, and spaghetti and clams, were both above average. We would go back. Total for two with non-alcoholic drinks was 33 euros -- more than fair. If this review is helpful then please indicate so below.

The place is located centrally, which in fact is its biggest advantage. Waiters bearly knew English, so we had to explain a lot by hands. Which is normal by the way in Sicily. Food is average and so are the prices. There are definitely better places than this

Chose this restaurant because of proximity to hotel and Trip Advisor reviews, and glad I did. There were 4 in my party and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service good, portions more than sufficient and reasonably priced. Probably my only complaint was dinner salad, while large, was only greens. Would have like tomatoes at least.

There is nothing special about this place. We went there on a guide's recommendation, because it has been promoted in travel magazine articles and because we wanted to try the bucatini con le sarde which was ordinary. The large prawns were very tasty according to my wife. Dinner for 4 was about 150 euros including 8 plates and 2 bottles... More

Solid traditional Sicilian food that is well priced. The house nero d'avola is very good. I tried the eggplant ravioli and a mixed salad and I was very pleased. The staff was cordial, warm and attentive. The atmosphere is cordial and the location perfect. The walls are adorned with beautiful original paintings. Complimenti
