It is worth your while to check your tourist map to find the way to Bobocono. Tastes are varied and excellent.B.has a shop nearby, too. I can easily believe the claim that this might be the best parlour in town.

IMHO. Bobo is best at the more classic creams: pistacchio, nocciola (hazelnut), crema mariolina, fondente (dark chocolate), but also does an excellent yogurt a while offering some fun, unexpected flavor combinations. When they have it, the ginger is great! Slightly "hot" to the tongue in a perfect balance. Always high quality ingredients, friendly, efficient service.

What a delicious icecream! Good choice and i understood that they only use natural ingredients! Enjoyed until the last crumble :)

Wide variety of flavours (all delightful) together with some interesting ice-cream balls (pistachio and white chocolate a favourite). Just as well I only stayed in Cagliari for 2-nights as otherwise I would have a very large gelato belly! The staff member (sorry I can't remember his name!) was extremely helpful and gave lots of recommendations.

I bought gelati from the little shop in a narrow street in the centre of town and again later at the beach. Both times it was excellent, really fresh, light and tasty. I am not a big ice cream eater and I probably won't have another for years as this gelati will be hard to beat.

Small shop with good gelato. All of your usual flavors and fairly cheap. This location is a bit hard to find but worth it. There is also a location at Poetto Beach.

Fast service, standard prices, decent portions, clean. The gelato is average in terms of range and originality of flavours. The consistency of the gelato is creamy and buttery like ice cream or a soft serve instead of the dense, milky texture I would prefer from a gelato.

Last time I had such a great ice cream was in Philly two years ago. This place is awesome. Lots of flavors, not the usual ones. The quality is superior.

This gelateria was just around the corner from our apartment (off Via Garibaldi) and we loved it (amazing flavours, friendly staff and very generous serves). Good value for money. Was recommended by our host as the best gelato in town and he obviously knows Cagliari well.

Fortunately, for me, this is right next door to my favorite sandwich shop. Bobocono has a great variety, large portions, good prices, and seriously good gelato. I can't remember the name, but my fave is the one with vanilla/milk, rice krispies, and chocolate shell.
