We always like to find local places when we travel and stay away from the high priced tourist trap restaurants and what a find, this place is perfect, the pizza was great and the desserts were amazing too, I recommend the mascarpone. Not expensive either and the service was good and quick!

Huge selection of pizza. Good service. Seems to be a family run place - or at least family friendly as a waitress had her daughter hanging out there. Pizza was excellent. Only regret is that we had not realized the tables that were across the road and up the steps (!) were part of the restaurant. Would have been nice... More

I love this cozy pizzeria, where the host is always welcoming. The oven baked pizza is excellent. Then you have to have a piece of "pastiera" or a "baba'" for dessert!

Me and my family are passionate about pizza so we have tried different pizzerias in Verona and Vesuvio it has been voted the best by now. We love the casual ambience, the pizza dough is excellent and their dessert menu suggesting baba'au rhum and pastiera napoletana is a special plus. Good for families and couples.

Classic pizzeria, good service and great pizza and nice location. Great in summer when you can eat outdoors by the River Adige, but equally good inside in the cosy atmosphere during winter. So many choices on the menu it's hard to decide - not at all touristy which is a bonus.

This is a good "local" non tourist pizza place, service good, good pizza, fair prices, nothing fancy just locals eating here. Simple but good.

Stopped here for lunch. Very nice little place, good service and friendly. Pizza made fresh - very good traditional pizza. Loads of choice, about €8. Surprisingly they did forget one topping, which someone else mentioned - it's can't be that hard when you only have 3 to put on!

Nothing fancy, nothing special but just a very good quality pizza for a very reasonable price. The service is quick and friendly. And sitting at the terrace beside the river overlooking the Ponte di Castelvecchio with a beer and a tasty pizza there actually is not so much to which for.

There is pizza, and then there is the Neapolitan pizza. The latter is my favourite and here it comes close. The terrace at the river, the view over the castle and friendly staff make the experience even better.

We decided not to eat in the restaurant (although there is seating overlooking the river) and took our takeaway pizzas to sit on the wall further down. The pizza was okay, nice base but some toppings were forgotten. Would go back but takeaway!
