The best: tge wine selection is great, we had excellent wine by the glass. Food is very creative, well executed and artistic. The somelier was very good, some of the staff can improve a bit the attitude. Overall a good experience… did not give 5...stars because service is not the best.More

Cozy and nice restaurant. Very different from what you can find in Cervinia. A different level. food is good and well presented. there is clearly true research and good ingredients. There is a chef and not just a cooker running the kitchen. Good service. Expensive...but reasonable In relation to the experience.More

We’ve been advised to eat in this restaurant by our hotel, the Swedish/Italian/Asian cuisine was promising but turned out as a disappointment. It’s farfetched, some kitchens are simply not a match. The ambiance of the restaurant was cold and not welcoming. This recurred in the...service, the lady was not in the mood for a simple chitchat (which you should as a host) and couldn’t wait to leave our table. The prices are way too high for the food they serve. This was our worst experience in Cervinia. The best thing about this restaurant is the wine, the Nebbiolo we had was amazing. But then again they do not make it themselves. There are much better restaurants in Cervinia, don’t waste your time here.More

And friendly and refined atmosphere...We went for diner as a family w 2 young adults. It was a perfect evening. Food was well executed, mixing flavours, textures and being healthy. Wine was great, having had a sopraquota 900. And the couple who run this upmarket...restaurant are to be commanded as mixing Italian mountain cooking w Scandinavian one was certainly not a natural proposition. So they executed their dream and we are lucky to partake in it.More

Fantastic food, great wine and wonderful service. We had the tasting menu with paired wines and lived eating something that wasn’t pasta and cheese! Thank you xx

Excellent variety of first, second snd third courses. Christian is a talented sommelier and Amanda works miracles in the kitchen. We were 6 people and all dishes were excellent. One of the best restaurants i’ve been to in years!! If you are in Cervinia- don’t...miss them!More

Must visit in Cervinia, I found this place on Instagram and managed to book a table during our stay. We had the ‘Memories’ tasting menu with wine pairing & it was delicious. The Swedish /Italian fusion was great with some show stopping dishes... we will...be backMore

We took the "4478" tasting menu paired wines (5 glasses). "Amouse Bouches" were mostly ready made, except one, (fish broth which was obviously heated). Usually these kitchens greetings should raise the interest towards upcoming dinner but this time it was the opposite - outlook was...nice and artsy, but there was no taste at all. Next up was "Idea di zuppa valpellinentze", local soup, updated into this day. Main ingredient cabbage was changed into Pakshoi, which was interesting as it is Thai vegetable and restaurant says being mixture of Italian-Swedish kitchen. Again, no taste at all and the dish was just "blank". "Gnocchi di montagna, lardo, castagne, timo", was made with more insensitivity and tasted nice (compared to the first couple of ones). Still, would have hoped a bit more. Main course, "Coniglio ed indivia belga" was okayish, nothing to write home about. The "re-fresher" ,"Sorbetto al sedano e sesamo nero", I did not like at all. Again, flavors have been taken from Asian side of the world, were not balanced and sophisticated. Did not finish it. It just did not belong to the menu. Dessert, "Mela, noci, crema di Cogne e gelato al latte" was by far the menus best dish and definitely the biggest portion ( which raises questions). Chocolate apple was made nicely and had taste (!). In Italy, one would expect to have worlds best gelato but this one was again, average. On the other hand, wines were FIVE STAR picks. Really good, deep tastes and you could really taste the wines story. behind them, 5/5. The main issue maybe with Wood was the general lack of taste. It felt like spices were not used in a level one could have expected in a place like this. They still got some work to do with more braver flavoring. A bit pricey, would have expected to have much more with a price of over 300 Eur ( 2 x tasting menus + 2 x wine packages + 2 glasses of champagne for starters).More
