We didn't even have the opportunity to eat in this place although we sat down. We were in 5 and the driver left us at the restaurant and went to park. The fact we occupied the table with one person missing, not ready to order immediately made Mrs Brunilde, guess the owner, very angry. When we finally were together she... More

Now "La Maison di Chez Rinoò", this restaurant has delicious food but... terrible staff! the manager / waiter of the restaurant has atrocious behaviour! She (is a woman) always screams to everyone and for everything. She screams because you don't chose menu yet, because you start to choose from second courses, instead main course... But in return the food is... More

I suggest this restaurant to someone who: -speaks italian; -doesn't take him/herself too seriously; -can decide quickly and knows Italian cuisine. Bruna is very, very rude, worse than your mom after you had your first hangover. She comes to your table, after SHE decided where you should seat, she tells you the menu once and you have to decide. The... More

Don't go to this restaurant. It's the worst service I've had in all my life. The waitress is so rude, if you don't order quick enough she shouts and screams at you.

This restaurant serves decent food and yummy homemade desserts, but perhaps it's most famous feature is the owner, Bruna. I would NOT recommend going here if you don't speak Italian and are bad at making decisions. She comes to the table looking quite stern and tells you the menu of the day once - verbally and very quickly - and... More

I don't normally write reviews but I was so "pissed" with the way we were treated that I don't want other people to fall into this "trap"! I got here with my parents for lunch cause the place looked characteristic from the outside and it was pretty crowded...Once we were inside the owner, an old lady, start telling us in... More

I was lucky to have the opportunity to have my first lunch in Torino in this place. It is small, simply and not so attractive at the first sight. But..... if you find yourself in Torino you have to try it! The food is the best I've tried in Italy! I've read a lot of comments about rude staff but... More

This place is very simple and cheap in city center. Food is very good, both pasta and desserts are absolutely fantastic. Especially pasta is very well prepared. But if you decide to eat here be prepard: they are very very rude and absolutely impolite. Be prepared for a terrible service! It seems you bother them because you want to eat... More

When I went to this restaurant for the first time, I liked the food in spite of the rude treatment received by the owner (an old, little, overweight lady). The second time when I came back with my mather in law and my 2 years old son ( sleeping in his stroller) we were almost thrown out by the owner... More

We wanted to go to Da Mauro again but we were too late for lunch so we walked to the end of the road and found this little trattoria which is called Trattoria Pranzo-Cena and the addrfess is Via S Francesco da Paola 9, 10123 Torino. It was a unique experience. As in many Trattoria, you take what is on... More
