The caffe itself is magnificent with a beautiful decoration and you can get a great coffee! The owner and staff were super friendly.

A really lovely experience for the traditonal drink of Turin, the Bicerin. Beautiful decor with very friendly staff, it really felt as though you were stepping back in time. Seating is limited but it is worth the wait at any time of the day.

Stopped for coffee and beer after reading reviews in 'things you must do in Turin'... what a beautiful little place. Steeped in history with the friendliest, most helpful waitress, and amazing soft fresh sandwiches (tramezzino) and impressive hot chocolate! Sat outside and watched the locals come and go Perfect little spot - very glad we went

I've been here twice, once for aperitivo in the early afternoon (awesome) and once for tramezzini (the little no crust sandwiches they invented). It's a great place. Very good service. If you go at lunch time, try some of the odd combinations. We thought the asparagus/egg and black truffle/cream cheese were pretty stellar. We sat outside and people-watched both times.... More

Very small historical caffe, a few seats in side and a few outside. Waiter told us it was the first place in Italy to make the sandwich? Coffee is very good and it has lovely decor but when its busy it feels very cramped.

We visited this caffè upon recommendation by the locals as they claimed that Mulassano serve the best Bicerin in Turin. Having tasted different Bicerin (a local coffee, cream & chocolate drink), I can confidently say that this place lived up to its reputation. We had Bicerin on different occasions and they were consistently great. I strongly recommend that pay this... More

We had to go inside the Bar, as soon as we saw it. It has it's gorgeous decor of old Torino Coffee Houses, and the spirit of old times still inhabits the location. The expresso in its wonderful little cups (we unfortunately weren't able to buy one) was excellent, the coffee blend really tasteful. The chocolate was a dream, thick... More

This historical café dates back to the mid 1800’s. It is renown for the having invented the “tramezzino”, a deliciously soft sandwich with the most exquisite variety of fillings :from lobster, to prosciutto- salami, “capricciosa”, “insalata russa”, tuna, artichokes, porcini mushrooms, local cheeses and truffles… It is a cozy retreat for an aperitif, or in winter to savour a hot... Another highlight for me was a visit here. The cafe is really old, with carved wooden vine leaves and grapes all around, old marble tables, waiters with full livery, a huge range of colour liqueur bottles and an art nouveau feel. friendly service. Following the advice of a travel writer in The Telegraph, we asked for Prosecco (9 Euros), and... More
