We've been traveling in Italy for over a month, and Il vicolo was one of the best meals we've had. The food is outstanding, the ambience warm and welcoming, and the service was superb. We loved everything about it and couldn't wait to return. We highly recommend this restaurant - a must!

Nice place with wide choice of meals and menus with meat and fish but unique for the wide interesting and tasty choice of "risotto" with different always well tuned ingredients and various quality of rice. The tipe of rices spans from the famous Italian rices to the Black Venus and the Red Hermes. Very nice and helpful also the personnel.... More

found this restaurant by luck, relatively late in the evening on a Tuesday. It was full of Italians (locals?) so we took our chances. Food and service was excellent, and all the dishes that passed us on the way to other tables looked amazing as well. Would recommend to everyone.

Sensitivity to gluten free diet and variety of alternatives. Real expertise of risottos and you taste that as well. Reliable place for special diets.

Being used to the English culture, finding a restaurant closed at 7:00pm was a bit of a shock, but we managed to return during the opening time. There were another single man by the time we entered, already eating his dinner, and by the time we placed our order the rest of the dining area was pretty much full. Initially... More

Don't get me wrong, this was a good restaurant, and if it hadn't rated so high on trip advisor I may not have expected as much. However it was, and I did. The options for the risotto were many, and they were kind enough to give us an English menu and not make us feel bad about it. It was... More

We ate twice in this restaurant, one of the few in Turin to provide more GF than pizza since the Barrique closed in early 2015. First time we were full, after a good lunch in Alpignano, so we had steak and "chips" (not the same thing, at all). The second time we had (for my wife:) Raw ham, followed by... More

We have just had two days in Turin. We found Il Vicolo on tripadvisor and decided to go there last night. We had such a nice meal and the service was both friendly and professional so we decided to go back there tonight and it did not disappoint. Last night we had a salad and steamed veges for starters and... More
